These website terms describe the intended early-access workflow. Formal commercial terms should receive legal review before paid public orders are enabled.
Estimates
Automated or preliminary estimates are informational. The final quote may change after geometry, material, tolerance, finishing, quantity, and risk are reviewed.
Customer-provided designs
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide submitted files and request their manufacture.
Manufacturing variation
Additive parts can show normal variation in surface finish, layer appearance, dimensions, color, and orientation. Required tolerances should be stated before acceptance.
Suitability
Creative Horizons may recommend a material or process, but the intended environment and required certifications must be disclosed by the customer before production.
Right to decline
Requests may be declined for safety, legality, intellectual-property, manufacturability, capacity, or other reasonable business concerns.
