PRIVACY
Project information stays behind a controlled boundary.
Creative Horizons is designed to collect only the information needed to review and fulfill a manufacturing request. Public visitors do not receive direct access to internal AI systems.
Submitted requests
When online intake is enabled, submitted contact and project information is stored in the Creative Horizons request database for review and fulfillment.
Design files
Uploaded files enter quarantined object storage. They are treated as untrusted input and are not automatically sent to AI models, slicers, or production equipment.
Retention
Information is retained only as needed to evaluate or fulfill requests, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations.
AI assistance
AI may later assist with classification, manufacturability review, estimating, or scheduling through a narrow internal gateway. Automated recommendations do not grant production authority.
Infrastructure data
The hosting platform may process routine security and network data needed to deliver and protect the site. Creative Horizons does not intentionally store visitor IP addresses in the project database.
This policy describes the current early-access architecture and should receive legal review before paid public commerce, accounts, or marketing analytics are enabled.
